Alignment is allowing the easy connection with who you really are.

Animals are naturally more allowing with this alignment but we can consciously choose to be more allowing.

Because we are on the leading edge of life experience and exploring more things, we continually experience the contrast of what we want and what we don’t want, what works and what doesn’t work.

It’s through this process of evolution, filtering and choosing that we can become disconnected from the essence of who we are. This gap can form when we make choices that are out of alignment from our true self.

Coming into harmony and feeling the upliftment that comes with it, closes the gap between who you are and what you manifest.

The more you do this, the better you’ll get at it and the better your life will get.

Great leaders are great examples of alignment: with themselves, with the work they do and with the organisations they lead. Aligned leaders are inspirational leaders. With aligned leaders, the work they do acts as a catalyst for positive change that ripples around the company and inspires others to collectively achieve unprecedented success.

As always, our feelings serve as useful indicators to help us know whether we are aligned or not. If your usual state is calm and happy, then you’re in perfect alignment. If you’re feeling anything else, then reconsider and make adjustments until you’re back in alignment.

Which aligned leaders have inspired you?..
