Happy people create happiness by focusing on what they can do today to bring joy and so balance is maintained, they look for and find joy in the simplest of tasks.
Make it your intention to create happiness, not to pursue it.
Wake up each morning with the intention of creating happiness and watch your life transform!
Let go of all negative self-talk and conflict. Intervene in any self-sabotage, worry, put downs, perfectionism, over-analysis, catastrophic thinking, and self-criticism.
Instead, be determined to be playful. If it’s been a while(!) then just follow these steps: 1. Think what it is that makes you happy and what is fun for you 2. Take responsibility for creating that in your own life 3. Appreciate what you have 4. Expect more happiness to come to you every day
Appreciation expands your happiness as you reclaim your life back.
These are all choices you make that will lead to far greater results than you can ever imagine from where you are standing right now.
Allow yourself to engage in the above and you’ll discover you’re responsible for the happiness in your own life and every moment is an opportunity for creating more happiness.
If you’re feeling unhappy right now, know that you can reclaim happiness in your life and make happiness your default setting.
Instead of waiting for happiness, go create it!
