Fear and Forgiveness

Ever found yourself making assumptions about people and outcomes? Have you ever been wrong? If you’ve been wrong even once then there is cause to pause and reflect.
Would you say you’re an optimist or pessimist? Is your glass half full or is it half empty? Would you describe yourself as a good person?
We’ve all been let down by people’s choices and we ourselves have let down ourselves and others.
Ultimately though, most people are good, well-intentioned souls. So give them the benefit of the doubt. If you’re not sure of their intentions or behaviour, then go to them and seek evidence first. Then reflect and respond.
Catch yourself when you find yourself thinking badly of yourself and others. Replace this negative self-talk, this fear with the possibility of something good and positive and instead encourage this to manifest.
