Searching for happiness in one thing, place or person is as daft as searching for it in a drawer, on eBay or down a supermarket aisle.

Happiness is within us already. We were all born with it. Remember?..

Then we get sidetracked by people and things around us and stuff to do and the need to keep up and we get busy and we lose touch with our own peace and with that sense of our own happiness.

If you are looking for happiness in things and people then your time will be spent in a constant rotation of acquiring and offloading stuff and you will spend your days for ever running from one meeting and person to the next, desperately looking for something to fill the void.

Getting back in touch with your own happiness is remarkably easy when you trust that all is already well and when you are strong enough to ignore negative thoughts and beliefs and stop searching for something that you already have. Happiness is not only within you but it is your very core.
