Have you become all work and no play?.. Creeps up on you, doesn’t it?!...

Totally understand. You’re trying to keep on top of things and do what needs to be done and be the most efficient you can be within the time available.

We are getting more restricted to play.

When we go on holiday now, we entertain ourselves with iPhones, iPads and Kindles, rather than with beach balls and lilos.

Even in school playgrounds, teachers tend to restrict play and parents tell their children to “play nicely”.

But play isn't just for kids.

Are you restricting your playtime?..

Play creates emotional and physical balance in your life and makes everything else you do easier.

So make sure you put ‘Playtime’ on your To Do list today and every day!

And for those of you who still need a reason to go play…

• Very successful people who played a lot as children, now see their work as play • People who have fun, have a greater sense of humour and they are more creative • People who play are happier and more satisfied emotionally • Play promotes mental clarity

Don’t let routine and other people’s behaviour eat into your playtime!

Go play!

You’ll be less rigid and more positive, creative and imaginative when you do.
