Everyone wants their lives to get better as they get older. When we reflect, change happens. Change can come in the form of a subtle nudge or a very firm push!
Daily self-reflection is essential for personal growth. So stop and reconsider. Pause and step back.
When we self reflect and consider our own behaviour, we get to see more clearly whether the choices we make and the way we behave is or isn’t working for us.
The feelings that come up when we stop and reflect help us tremendously. They are invaluable indicators that let us know whether we are aligned with our true selves or not.
Once you see what’s really happening in your life and you see a pattern that isn’t working for you and you commit to improving it, then that’s when great positive change can happen.
Change can be instant and obvious or gradual and subtle. It can come about through a gained intellectual understanding, life experience, or conversation with people.
What changes are going on in your life and how do you feel about them?
If you feel ease and joy, then you’re in perfect alignment. If you don’t, then why not pause for betterment...
