Phew!.. That’s another week’s work done!…
Got everything done on your ‘To Do’ list?
Fantastic.
How did you go with your ‘To Be’ list?...
Wrote one?.. No?
No worries. We can make a start right now!..
It feels great when you get everything done you set out to do, doesn’t it? That sense of achievement and feeling like you’re on top of everything. The list is crossed off and you’re clear to move on.
Just make sure you don’t lose yourself in the process ;o)
It’s easy to feel lost and disconnected from ourselves when we are running around ‘doing’ and not ‘being’.
When you bring your awareness to how you’re being and how you’re feeling, you feel more connected with who you really are, the people around you and everything that’s happening. Everything you do and every interaction you have has more clarity and meaning.
It’s lack of awareness that keeps us stuck.
So this week when you draw up your ‘To Do’ list, remember you’re a human ‘being’ and draw up your ‘To Be’ list too.
